What you get

Contacts from everywhere: Added automatically when people message you, through the API, by CSV import or in the dashboard, with up to 30 custom attributes.
Consent with proof: Record opt-ins with where, how and when. By default only contacts with a recorded opt-in are messaged.
Opt-outs that stick: STOP and its equivalents in several languages opt people out on any of your numbers, and imports never override it.
Segments: Combine tags, attributes, consent, activity and country code. The builder shows live how many contacts would be messaged.
Personalization: Variables such as {{contact.firstName | "there"}} with fallbacks, a preview and a test message to yourself.
Safe pacing: Each number keeps a minimum delay and a per-minute limit. Your API and inbox messages always go first.
Automatic pauses: A logged-out number, an exhausted quota or an expired attachment pauses the campaign and tells you why. Nothing is lost.
Live progress: Sent, delivered, read, failed and skipped, with every recipient’s status and the reason anyone was skipped.
