- WhatsApp numbers
- Linked WhatsApp accounts (instances). Give each tenant or team its own, or share one.
- Messages / month
- Every message WhatsApp confirmed as sent, whether it came from the API, the inbox, the AI assistant, a campaign or a follow-up.
- Projects
- Separate products or environments. Each has its own API keys, webhooks, numbers and contacts.
- Inbox seats
- People who can answer in the team inbox.
- Per-project limits
- Contacts, leads, pipelines, web forms and follow-up sequences are counted per project.
- API requests / min
- How many API calls your integrations can make each minute. A limit that protects the platform, not a statement about safe WhatsApp sending rates.

Billing, usage and limits.
- What counts as a message?
- Every message you send counts toward your plan’s monthly messages, whether it went through the API, the team inbox, the AI assistant, a campaign or a follow-up. Usage counts only messages WhatsApp confirmed.
- How is the AI assistant billed?
- By the tokens the model reads and writes, against a monthly AI budget your organization shares across its projects. Each call is reserved before it is made, so the budget is not exceeded; when it runs out, conversations go to your team until the next month.
- How do I upgrade?
- Online payment is not enabled yet. Contact sales and our team activates the plan for your organization.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Limits are enforced per organization or project and shown on the Usage page. Once the monthly messages are used up, new sends are rejected until the next month or an upgrade, and running campaigns pause automatically.
